The balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival.
The payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.

CLEANING/BED LINNEN/TOWEL FEE

EXTRA COSTS (OPTIONAL)
20 euros daily for extra people on the sofabed or an added bed above 12.
Pets are allowed at the extra cleaning price of 60 euro each
Heating optional; it is not included in the price: at the cost of the liters of diesel reported by the counter: it depends on the outside and inside temperature

Minimum stay in Winter: 2 nights
Minimum stay in Summer: 3-4 nights
Minimum stay in High Season: 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.
Deposit at check in (security bond): leaving credit card details, or 800 euros to be given back at check out.
Bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided (included in the price)
A free washing machine is available.

We have a cot and high chair available free of charge on request
